Baked Chicken Caesar

This easy baked chicken takes everything you love about a Caesar salad and turns it into a comforting, oven-baked dinner. Crunchy, cheesy, buttery goodness with minimal prep.

Equipment

  • 9x13 Baking dish
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • caesar dressing
  • 4-5 thinly sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 5-oz bag garlic croutons, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (fresh parsley works great too!)
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Pour Caesar dressing into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, just enough to coat the pan.
  • Add the chicken breasts and move them around to coat the bottoms in the dressing.
  • Drizzle additional Caesar dressing over the top of each chicken breast.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed croutons, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, parsley, and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle the crouton mixture evenly over the chicken.
  • Bake 20–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden.
  • Let rest a few minutes before serving.
