Marry Me Chicken Sliders

These sliders are rich, creamy, and ridiculously easy.

Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 16 oz container spinach and artichoke dip
  • 4 oz whipped cream cheese
  • A handful of grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ jar sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • 1 12-count package Hawaiian rolls
  • Garlic butter (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, spinach and artichoke dip, whipped cream cheese, Parmesan, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until fully combined.
  • Without separating the rolls, slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls horizontally through the center.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  • (Optional) Brush the tops with garlic butter.
  • Bake uncovered at 350°F until warmed through and melty, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Slice and serve warm.
