Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, spinach and artichoke dip, whipped cream cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped sun dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir until everything is fully incorporated and creamy.
Without separating the rolls, slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls horizontally through the center using a serrated knife.
Place the bottom half of the rolls into a baking dish.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly across the rolls, making sure to reach the edges for even filling in every slider.
Place the top half of the rolls back on.
If desired, brush the tops lightly with garlic butter for extra flavor and golden color.
Bake uncovered for about ten to fifteen minutes, or until the sliders are warmed through and the filling is melty.
Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
