Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish if desired for easier cleanup.
Add the pre-steamed broccoli to the baking dish, making sure it’s chopped into smaller, bite-sized pieces so it distributes evenly throughout the rice as it bakes.
Stir in the chopped sundried tomatoes and 1 teaspoon of sundried tomato oil.
Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice. Add both bags of Knorr Chicken Flavor Rice Sides, the packet of zesty Italian dressing mix, crushed red pepper flakes, and 4 cups of water. Stir everything together thoroughly so the rice and seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the dish.
Lay the chicken tenders evenly over the top of the rice mixture.
Slice the ½ stick of butter into thin pieces and place them evenly across the tops of the chicken tenders.
Squeeze a little extra lemon juice over the chicken if desired, then sprinkle lightly with paprika for color.
Cover the dish tightly with foil to trap steam and allow the rice to cook properly. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the chicken is fully cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let the dish rest for 5–10 minutes before serving so the rice can absorb any remaining liquid and thicken slightly. Serve warm.
