- 12 oz broccoli florets pre-steamed (microwaved 5 minutes) and chopped
- ⅓ jar sundried tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp sundried tomato oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 bags Knorr Chicken Flavor Rice Sides
- 1 packet zesty Italian dressing mix
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 cups water
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- ½ stick butter sliced
- Paprika for topping

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a 9x13 baking dish, add the pre-steamed broccoli (chopped into smaller pieces).
Stir in the sundried tomatoes and 1 teaspoon of sundried tomato oil.
Add the juice of 1 lemon, both bags of Knorr chicken flavor rice, the zesty Italian seasoning packet, crushed red pepper flakes, and 4 cups of water. Stir everything together until well combined.
Lay the chicken tenders over the top of the rice mixture.
Slice ½ stick of butter and place the pieces evenly across the chicken.
Squeeze a little extra lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the chicken is cooked through.
Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving so everything can settle and thicken slightly.
