30-Minute Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Tender chicken, mixed veggies, a creamy sauce, and buttery stuffing all baked together until golden and cozy. Perfect for busy weeknights when you want something warm and filling without a lot of prep.

30-Minute Chicken and Stuffing Casserole


Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 12–16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup with herbs
  • 1 can milk
  • 2 boxes Stove Top stuffing mix

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Spread the cooked chicken evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the frozen mixed vegetables over the chicken.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup with herbs and the milk.
  • Pour the soup mixture evenly over the vegetables.
  • Prepare the Stove Top stuffing according to package directions.
  • Spoon the prepared stuffing evenly over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake uncovered at 400°F for 30 minutes, or until heated through and golden on top.
  • Let rest a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Rotisserie chicken works great for this one! This reheats well and makes great leftovers.
