This easy baked chicken takes everything you love about a Caesar salad and turns it into a comforting, oven-baked dinner. Crunchy, cheesy, buttery goodness with minimal prep.

Baked Chicken Caesar

Ingredients
- caesar dressing
- 4-5 thinly sliced chicken breasts
- 1 5-oz bag garlic croutons, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (fresh parsley works great too!)
- black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Pour Caesar dressing into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish, just enough to coat the pan.
- Add the chicken breasts and move them around to coat the bottoms in the dressing.
- Drizzle additional Caesar dressing over the top of each chicken breast.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed croutons, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, parsley, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the crouton mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Bake 20–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden.
- Let rest a few minutes before serving.

Serving Ideas: Serve over romaine lettuce or over mashed potatoes
