Shredded rotisserie chicken gets mixed with spinach and artichoke dip, cream cheese, parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes, then piled onto soft Hawaiian rolls and baked until warm and melty. Marry Me Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
- 1 16 oz container spinach and artichoke dip
- 4 oz whipped cream cheese
- A handful of grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ jar sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- Italian seasoning to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1 12-count package Hawaiian rolls
- Garlic butter (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, spinach and artichoke dip, whipped cream cheese, Parmesan, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until fully combined.
- Without separating the rolls, slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls horizontally through the center.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- (Optional) Brush the tops with garlic butter.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F until warmed through and melty, about 10-15 minutes.
- Slice and serve warm.
